|
|
Description: The Bloom's syndrome gene, BLM, plays an important role in the maintenance of genomic stability in somatic cells. The BLM protein is a 1417aa peptide with homology to the RecQ helicases, a subfamily of DexH-box-containing DNA and RNA helicases. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
