Recombinant Human BMP-4 produced in E.Coli is a monomeric, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 116aa and having a molecular mass of ~13kD.

AA Sequence::
The first five N-terminal amino acids are Ser-Pro-Lys-His-His.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months. Reconstitute with sterile 20mM acetic acid. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer with 0.1% HSA or BSA.
