Technical Data
Bonzo (C-X-C Chemokine Receptor Type 6, CXC-R6, CXCR-6, CDw186, G-protein Coupled Receptor STRL33, G-protein Coupled Receptor Bonzo, CD186, CXCR6, STRL33, TYMSTR)
CXCR6, is a G protein- coupled chemokine receptor expressed on activated T cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. It binds soluble CXCL16 and membrane-anchored CXCL16 expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages.

Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:2000
Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml, observed in HEK293 lysates on ~40-45kD bands
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
