Technical Data
B2570-12C
Borrelia burgdorferi (Lyme Disease) (HRP)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Fluorescence Microscopy, Immunoblot and Immunocytochemistry. It is also suitable for Conjugation purposes. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: >1:1,000
Avidin-biotin IFA: >1:40,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
