Description:
Hybridoma:
Clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Synthetic NT-proBNP peptide, corresponding to aa61-76.

Applications:
NT-proBNP and proBNP immunoassay. Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

B2702-04F – B2702-04P, B2702-04Q – B2702-04P, B2702-04Q – B2702-04R; The pairs recognize the antigen in blood of patients with unstable angina and myocardial infarction.

Mabs, specific to other epitopes, could also be used in sandwich immunoassay. Possible Mab combinations tested with antigen from patient's blood: B2702-04Q – B2702-04S, B2702-04D – B2702-04P, B2702-04K – B2702-04P, B2702-04T – B2702-04H, B2702-04T – B2702-04S

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
