Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) (FITC)
Description:
BrdU can be incorporated into DNA during S-phase of the cell cycle. The antibody is suitable for detecting incorporated BrdU in a wide variety of cell types and is suitable for use on tissue sections in double-labelling techniques.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
