ErbB3, phosphorylated (Tyr1328) (c-erbB3, HER3)
Description:
c-erbB3/HER3 is the third member of the type I family of growth factor receptors. It binds to ligands in the heregulin family. c-erbB3 is over expressed in a variety of tumors including breast, stomach pancreas and colon. Heregulin and EGF stimulate tyrosine phosphorylation of c-erbB3 to different extents.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100
Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:250
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
