Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide, alpha (CGRPa)
Description:
Calcitonin gene-related peptide is a 37aa vasoactive neuropeptide widely expressed throughout the central and peripheral nervous system. CGRP has potent vasodilatory effects probably serving as a regulator of regional blood flow, in addition to a variety of other cellular effects.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
