Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:100
ELISA: 1:6,000 (against the immunogen) Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 on 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissue.
Immunocytochemistry: Tested positive on the following human cells: A431 epidermal carcinoma, MDB-MB-134-VI ductal breast carcinoma, C-33A cervical carcinoma, TE2 esophageal carcinoma, HET-1A esophageal carcinoma and normal human monocytes.
Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
