Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 1:1000
ELISA: 1:30,000 (against the immunogen) Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 on 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissue.
Immunocytochemistry: 1:100
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
