CAMKK1 (Calcium/Calmodulin-dependent Protein Kinase Kinase 1, CaM-kinase Kinase 1, CaM-KK 1, CaMKK 1, CaMKK 1, Calcium/Calmodulin-dependent Protein Kinase Kinase alpha, CaM-kinase Kinase alpha, CaM-KK alpha, CaMKK alpha, CaM-kinase IV Kinase, CAMKKA)
Description:
CAMKK1 belongs to the CAMKK subfamily of Serine/Threonine Kinases. CAMKK1 regulates the calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase cascade by phosphorylating CAMKI, CAMKIV, and PKB.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
