Murine Cardiotrophin-1 is a member of the leukemia inhibitory/ciliary neurotrophic factor/Oncostatin M/interleukin-6/interleukin-11 family of cytokines. Murine Cardiotrophin-1 is a 21.3kD protein containing 202 amino acid residues. Biological Activity: The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of TF-1 cells was 1ng/ml, corresponding to a speci c activity of 1x10e6units/mg.
