|
Description: Caspase recruitment domain family member 11 (CARD11, also known as CARMA1), a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase-like (MAGUK) family. These proteins act as molecular scaffolds assisting in the assembly of signal transduction molecules. CARD11 phosphorylates BCL10 and induces NF-kappa-B activity via BCL10 and IKK. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2.0ug/ml ~125kD in human thymus cell lysate Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
