Description:
Gene ID: 1495

Positive Control: Human Colon lysate.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA (peptide) and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA (peptide): 1:32000
Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml. ~ 100kD band observed in Human Colon and Human Skin lysates (calculated MW of 100kD according to NP_001894.2).
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
