Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.2ug/ml for HRP/ECL detection
Immunoprecipitation: 1-10ug per 10e6 vanadate treated A431 cells
Immunocytochemistry: 0.1-1ug/ml; alpha catenin may tolerate formaldehyde fixation
ELISA: 0.05ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Positive Control:
C2069-44H1: MCF-7 Cell Lysate, Untreated

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
