|
Description: Catenin beta is an adherens junction protein and has a role in the regulation of cell adhesion and in signal transduction through the Wnt pathway. At least 2 isoforms are produced by alternative splicing. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 2.0ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
