CTNNB1 (Catenin beta-1, Beta-catenin, CTNNB, OK/SW-cl.35, PRO2286)
Description:
Catenin beta is an adherens junction protein and has a role in the regulation of cell adhesion and in signal transduction through the Wnt pathway. At least 2 isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunofluorescence: 1:200-1:1000
Flow Cytometry: 1:200-1:400
Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:200
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
