Technical Data
Catenin, gamma (Catenin (Cadherin-associated Protein) gamma (80kD), CTNNG, ARVD12, Desmoplakin 3, Desmoplakin-3, DP3, Desmoplakin III, Desmoplakin-III, DPIII, Gamma Catenin, Junction Plakoglobin, JUP, PDGB, PKGB)
C2069-55C represents an excellent marker for all forms of intracellular adhering junctions, such as: desmosomes of epithelial and myocardial cells (including cultured cells); zonulae and fasciae adherentes of epithelia, endothelia of blood vessels and myocardial cells; adherens-type junctions (e.g. lens tissue, pigmented retinal cells, Sertoli cells of testis).

Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), Immunoprecipitation, and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
