CCR10 (C-C Chemokine Receptor 10, CC-CCR-10, GPR2) |
|
|
Description: Recently, a function has been assigned to a previously identified orphan chemokine receptor, GPR-2. This receptor, also called CCR10, binds with monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP)-1, MCP-3 and MIP-1 beta. CCR10 is expressed by melanocytes, dermal fibroblasts, dermal microvascular endothelial cells, T cells as well as in skin-derived Langerhans cells. CCR10 may play a role in both skin homeostasis as well as a potential role in inflammatory responses. Positive Control: A-375 or MCF-7 Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
