Description: CCR3 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane chemokine receptor that preferentially binds eotaxin and eotaxin-2. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Myeloma cells with B cells from Balb/c mice. Absorption: 488nm Emission: 565-605nm Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. |
