CCR3 (CD193, CC Chemokine Receptor Type 3, CC CKR 3, CC CKR3, B Chemokine Receptor, CMKBR3, Eosinophil CC Chemokine Receptor 3, Eosinophil Eotaxin Receptor, MGC102841) (PE)
CCR3 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane chemokine receptor that preferentially binds eotaxin and eotaxin-2.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul per 10e6 cells
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Flow Cytometry Protocol:
1. Cells may be Fc-blocked with 1ug of human IgG/10e5 cells for 15 minutes at RT. Do not wash excess blocking IgG from this reaction.
2. After blocking, 10ul of C2099-92E was added to up to 1x10e6 cells and incubated for 30 minutes at RT.
3. Unbound antibody was removed by washing the cells twice in staining buffer (BSA-supplemented saline buffer). Note: that whole blood requires a RBC lysis step at this point.
4. Resuspend the cells in Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer for final flow cytometric analysis. As a control for this analysis, cells in a separate tube should be treated with PE-labeled mouse IgG2a antibody.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human CCR3. No cross­reactivity with CCR1, CCR2, CCR5, and CCR6 transfectants or the parental cell line is observed. Detects CCR3 on peripheral blood eosinophils.
