CCR3 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane chemokine receptor that preferentially binds eotaxin and eotaxin-2.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul per 10e6 cells
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Emission: 565-605nm

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Detects human CCR3 transfectants in flow cytometry. In flow cytometry, no cross­reactivity with CCR1, CCR2, CCR5, and CCR6 transfectants or the parental cell line is observed. Detects CCR3 on peripheral blood eosinophils.
