CD1d
Description:
CD1d gene product is a 49kD heavy chain associated with beta-2-microglobulin on cortical thymocytes. Beta-2- microglobulin independent expression of CD1d has also been demonstrated on human intestinal epithelial cells.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen and paraffin sections
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
Spleen cells from immunized mice were fused with cells of the NSO mouse myeloma cell line.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
