Description: CD1d gene product is a 49kD heavy chain associated with beta-2-microglobulin on cortical thymocytes. Beta-2- microglobulin independent expression of CD1d has also been demonstrated on human intestinal epithelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen and paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized mice were fused with cells of the NSO mouse myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
