CD11a (Leukocyte Function Associated Antigen, LFA-1, Integrin aL) (FITC) |
|
|
Description: CD11a/CD18alpha1 beta2 leukocyte integrin is a member of a family of heterodimeric receptors which mediate cellular adhesion reactions.(1) The CD11a LFA-1 antigen is present on >97% thymocytes, >95% blood lymphocytes, 79% bone marrow cells and certain lymphoma and macrophage-like cell lines. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1ug to stain 1x10e6 cells. Immunohistochemistry: Acetone fixed frozen. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Source: Tissue culture Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
