Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Flow Cytometry: 1:5-1:25. Use 20ul to label 10e6 cells.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

|Recognizes the rat b2 integrin, which is designated CD18. The b2 integrin may be associated with the integrin aL, aX or aM subunits. CD18 is expressed by all leukocytes. Shown to inhibit homotypic aggregation of PHA blasts. It also blocks binding of rat lymphocytes to purified rat ICAM-1|
