CD45 (Leukocyte Common Antigen, LCA, Ly-5 T200) (Biotin)
Description:
The CD45 antigen is present on all cells of hematopoietic origin. It is not present on erythrocytes.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: 1ug stains 1x10e6 cells.
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen tissue sections
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
