Description: CD101 is a 140kD homodimeric cell surface glycoprotein expressed primarily by monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and activated T lymphocytes. Studies suggest that CD101 plays a major role in the activation of T cells by skin dendritic cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat -1:5. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: frozen samples Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-79D: IgG1 Murine Negative Control (PE) Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute with ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. |
