Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and FACS Analysis. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml Detects CEARL in RIPA lysates from HeLa cells.
Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000 Reported to show positive immunostaining for CEARL in rat Kupffer cells.
FACS Analysis: Reported to detect CEARL in rat Kupffer cells by FACS analysis.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in 0.1M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide, before the addition of glycerol to 30%.
Recognizes human CEARL/hnRNP M4 isoform 1, Mr ~74-80kD. Additional proteins were also detected, Mr ~55 and 70kD. Species Crossreactivity: mouse and rat.
