CD344 (Frizzled-4 Receptor, Fz4, FZD4, FzE4, hFz4, FEVR, EVR1)
Description:
There is evidence that CD344 may play a role in retinal angiogenesis, since defects in CD344 are responsible for the familial retinal disease known as exudative vitreoretinopathy 1 (FEVR), and also the cause of the retinal neovascularization disease, Criswick-Schepens syndrome. CD344 has been shown to be a marker for neuronal stem cells.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:16000
Western Blot :0.3-1ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Recommended Secondary Antibodies:

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
