Description:
CELSR1 is an Orphan-U GPCR with an unknown ligand. CELSR1 has been reported in mouse brain. ESTs have been isolated from B-cell/lung/testis, breast, brain, colon, embryo, head/neck, heart, heart/melanocyte/uterus, kidney, lung, lymph node, placenta, and tonsil libraries.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 7ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
