Description:
Vibrio cholerae hemolysin (HlyA) is an extracellular matrix damaging protein with a molecular weight of 65kD that exists a water-soluble monomer and an oligomeric amphipathic protein. It belongs to a class of proteins known as pore-forming toxins for their ability to punch holes in plasma membranes.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
