Description: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.15-0.30ug/ml to detect hCNTF by direct ELISA, 100ul/well. Detection limit of 0.2ng/well of recombinant hCNTF. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for recombinant hCNTF is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Reconstitution: Reconstitute to a concentration of 50ug/ml with sterile PBS, 0.1% BSA. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Country of Origin: USA |
