Description: Applications: ELISA: To detect rat CNTF by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.15- 0.30ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2ng/well of recombinant rat CNTF is 1.5 – 3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Western Blot:To detect rat CNTF by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1–0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant rat CNTF is 1.5–3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Stability: The lyophilized antibody is stable for at least 6 months when kept at-20°C. Reconstitution: The biotinylated antibody should be reconstituted to a concentration of 50ug/ml with sterile PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA. This solution can be stored at 4°C for at least one month without detectable loss of activity. Frozen aliquots of this solution are stable for at least 6 months when kept at-20°C. Avoid more than one freeze-thaw cycle. Country of Origin: USA |
