Description: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000 detected c-Jun in RIPA lysates from human A431 cells, and previously in Jurkat cell lysate. A431 RIPA cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with C5815 (1:1000ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 5ul Immunocytochemistry: 1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: A0001-50 Non-stimulated A431 cell lysate. Use 10-20ug per lane. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
