Claudin 11 (OSP, Oligodendrocyte Specific Protein, CLDN11)
Claudin-11 is a 207aa multipass membrane protein in the claudin family of epithelial tight junction proteins. Claudin-11 is widely expressed and is involved in epithelial remodeling during spermatogenesis and inner ear mechanotransduction. Claudin-11 is upregulated in some cancers. Human Claudin-11 shares 94% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat Claudin-11.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml; 10ul labels 1-2.5x10e5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. Validated using OVCAR-3 cells.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
