Description:
CL-P24 (Claudin-like protein of 24kD) is an intercellular junction protein with four predicted transmembrane domains. This protein may be involved in cell adhesion at tight, gap, and adherens junctions. CL-P24 is highly expressed in heart, lung, kidney, and placenta.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Excitation: 620-650nm

Emission: 660-670nm

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. APC is light sensitive.
