Technical Data
CNPase (2',3'-cyclic Nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase)
Murine CNPase (EC is a 47.122 kD protein (420 aa) found in myelin. This protein is expressed by oligodendrocytes of the CNS and by Schwann cells of the PNS.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:2000 using 2% paraformaldehyde tissues
Immunocytochemistry: 1:1000-1:2000 using 2% paraformaldehyde cells
Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Recommended Secondary Antibodies:
I1906 IgY, Chicken Pab Rb x Ch
I1906-10 IgY, Chicken (HRP) Rb x Ch
I1906-12 IgY, Chicken (FITC) Rb x Ch
I1906-14 IgY, Chicken (AP) Rb x Ch
