Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin). Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:10-1:50
immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:10-1:50
ELISA: 1:500-1:2,000
Epitope retrieval is recommended with 1mg/ml pepsin in 0.5M acetic acid for 2 hours at 37ºC and multiple buffer washes.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C for short-term only.Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
