Description:
Applications:

Recommended dilution:
ECL Western Blotting: 1:200

Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Notes:
1. Incubate with primary antibody for 2 hours and secondary antibody for 1 hour.
2. Exposure time is 2 minutes.
3. At lower dilutions using alkaline phosphatase as secondary antibody, may cross-react with BSA.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
