Human CTAC (Cuteaneous T-Cell Attracting Chemokine) is also known as Skinkine, Eskine and CCL27. CTAC is predominantly expressed in the skin and selectively attracts skin-associated memory T-lymphocytes. Recombinant Human CTAC is a 10.2kD protein containing 88 amino acid residues. AA Sequence: FLLPPSTACCTQ LYRKPLSDKL LRKVIQVELQ EADGDCHLQA FVLHLAQRSI CIHPQNPSLS QWFEHQERKL HGTLPKLNFG MLRKMG Source: E. coli Endotoxin: 0.1 ng/ug (1EU/ug) Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract CXCR3 transfected cells using a concentration of 10-100ng/ml. Form: The sterile ltered solution was lyophilized without additives. Reconstitution: We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for future use. Storage and Stability: The lyophilized protein is stable for a few weeks at room temperature, but best stored at -20°C. Reconstituted CTAC should be stored in working aliquots at -20°C. Country of Origin: USA Molecular Weight: 9.8kDa |
