Description:
Involved in ubiquitination of cyclin E and, in complex with RBX1, of cyclin D1 (in vitro) thus involved in regulation of G1/S transition. Seems not be part of a SCF complex with SKP1. In complex with SPOP, involved in ubiquitination of both BMI1/PCGF4 and H2AFY.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Dot Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 0.5-2ug/ml
Western Blot: 0.2-2ug/ml
Immunocytochemistry: 2-100ug/ml
Immunoprecipitation: 100-500ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
