Description: Serves as a substrate-specific adapter for the CUL3-based ubiquitin-protein E3 ligase complex. Negatively regulates the Wnt signaling pathway via the targeted ubiquitination and subsequent proteolysis of DVL3. Component of an ubiquitin-protein E3 ligase complex which includes at least CUL3 and KLHL12. This complex interacts with DVL3 upon activation of the Wnt signaling pathway by WNT3A. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000-1:10,000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
