Description: Applications: ELISA: To detect hCXCL16 by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen af nity puri ed antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hCXCL16. Western Blot: To detect hCXCL16 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hCXCL16 is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Reconstitution: When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of >0.2mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-40C. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
