Suitable for use in Immunoblot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Immunoblot: 0.5-5ug/ml detecs cyclin B1 in RIPA lysates from human A431 carcinoma cells.
Immunoprecipitation: 2ug precipitated human cyclin B1 and cdc2 kinase from 500ug of A431 RIPA lysate.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Positive Antigen Control: A0001-50
Add 2.5ul of 2-mercaptoethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
