CCNDBP1 (Cyclin-D1-binding Protein 1, Grap2 and Cyclin-D-interacting Protein, Human Homolog of Maid, DIP1, GCIP, HHM)
Description:
May negatively regulate cell cycle progression. May act at least in part via inhibition of the cyclin-D1/CDK4 complex, thereby preventing phosphorylation of RB1 and blocking E2F-dependent transcription.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:32,000
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 3-6ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
