Description: Applications: Immunohistochemistry: Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:40 (frozen or paraffin). The staining pattern seen is nuclear.Overnight incubation at 4°C is recommended. This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for the purpose. Recommended Secondary Reagents: F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG HRP conjugate Recommended Positive Control Tissue: CMV infected lung Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
