Immunohistochemistry:
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry: 1:40 (frozen or paraffin). The staining pattern seen is nuclear.Overnight incubation at 4C is recommended. This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for the purpose.

Recommended Secondary Reagents:
F(ab')2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG HRP conjugate

Recommended Positive Control Tissue:
CMV infected lung

Recommended Negative Controls:
Mouse IgG1 Negative Control

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
