|
|
Description: Cytomegalovirus gH is an important determinant of virus infectivity. The subunit structure associates with the gL-gH-gO complex. The interaction with gL is necessary for the correct processing and cell surface expression of gH. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:20-1:200 Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-06C: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-06H: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-14C: IgG, Fc (HRP) Pab Gt xMo I1904-19C: IgG, F(ab’)2 (HRP) Pab Gt xMo Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
