Technical Data
DAPP1 (Dual Adapter for Phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphoinositide, hDAPP1, B Lymphocyte Adapter Protein Bam32, B Cell Adapter Molecule of 32kD, BAM32, HSPC066)
May act as a B-cell-associated adapter that regulates B-cell antigen receptor (BCR)-signaling downstream of PI3K.

Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:4000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
