Directions per Liter Suspend 30.5g of the powder in one liter of distilled or deionized water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute to completely dissolve the medium. Dispense into appropriate containers, loosen caps and autoclave for 15 minutes at 121ºC (15psi). Aseptically add 20.0ml sterile glucose solution (10.0g glucose per 100.0ml). Mix thoroughly. Pour into sterile petri dishes or tubes.

Storage and Stability: Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept refrigerated and used within a short period of time.
