Dectin 2 (CLEC6A, CLECSF10, NKCL) (APC)
Dectin 2, also known as CLECSF10 and CLEC6A, is a type II transmembrane protein belonging to the C-Type lectin superfamily that is expressed on dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, monocytes, B cells, and activated T cells. Dectin-2 contains one carbohydrate recognition domain (CRD). Within the extracellular domain, human Dectin-2 shares 71% aa sequence identity with the mouse Dectin-2 isoform.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1-2.5 x 10e5 cells
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Mouse myeloma cells with B cells from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human Dectin 2 (aa46-209).

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing APC conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
