Dectin 2 (CLEC6A, CLECSF10, NKCL) (Carboxyfluorescein) |
|
|
Description: Dectin-2, also known as CLECSF10 and CLEC6A, is a type II transmembrane protein belonging to the C-Type lectin superfamily that is expressed on dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, monocytes, B cells, and activated T cells. Dectin-2 contains one carbohydrate recognition domain (CRD). Within the extracellular domain, human Dectin-2 shares 71% aa sequence identity with the mouse Dectin-2 isoform. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1-2.5 x 10e5 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma cells with B cells from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human Dectin 2 (aa46-209). Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. CFS conjugates are sensitive to light. |
