Dectin 2 (CLEC6A, CLECSF10, NKCL) (PE) |
|
|
Description: Dectin-2, also known as CLECSF10 and CLEC6A, is a type II transmembrane protein belonging to the C-Type lectin superfamily that is expressed on dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, monocytes, B cells, and activated T cells. Dectin-2 contains one carbohydrate recognition domain (CRD). Within the extracellular domain, human Dectin-2 shares 71% aa sequence identity with the mouse Dectin-2 isoform. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1- 2.5 x 10e5 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma cells with B cells from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human Dectin 2 (aa46-209). Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. |
